Overview
If you know your usual pace, you can estimate how long a distance will take or how far you will go in a set time. The tool helps planning but cannot predict performance on a different day.
Formula
Duration = distance × pace, and distance = duration ÷ pace. Minutes and seconds are converted to decimal minutes before calculating.
How it works

Duration from distance, or distance from duration.
Enter pace
Minutes and seconds per kilometer or mile.
Read the result
The requested value appears with speed for a sanity check.
Worked examples
10 km at 6:00 pace
Duration is 60 minutes.

Distance is 10 km.
Frequently asked questions
Is the result exact?
It is an estimate at constant pace. Stops, fatigue and terrain change the outcome.
Which pace should I use?
Use a recent pace from a similar session, not your best one-off result.
Does it work for cycling?
The math works, but cyclists usually use speed. Convert to pace if needed.
Does it include warm-up?
No. Add warm-up and stops manually if planning a full session.
