Overview
Coordinating international teams needs more than the hour gap. This tool shows start and end times in each city so you can see who starts in the morning and who finishes at night.
Formula
UTC time = the city's local time − its UTC offset. End time = start time + duration. Both moments are then rendered in each city.
How it works
Set the meeting date
Today or any future date.
Enter the start time
In your selected city's time.
Add cities and duration

Worked examples
A three-city team
A one-hour meeting at 10:00 in Riyadh shows its time in London and New York.
Avoid midnight
Shift the start time until nobody joins in the middle of the night.
